The 3 things I tell myself, being in sales


✅ Don't do anything that would force you to compromise your values, ethics, or integrity.


✅ There's no rule book for sales. Try shit!


✅ Develop a team (boss, mentor, peers from within the org or outside) who can provide you unfiltered coaching, advice and support when you need it.


Remember, you love working in sales.


You want to find financial fulfilment in your work, and you want to develop financial security to support yourself and your family.


You know you can achieve more than you already have.


But that can only happen if you are prepared to take complete responsibility for how you sell.

Asking the Right Questions

 Let me take you through two experiences. You're sick and you're visiting a doctor.  Doctor 1: You go to the hospital, wait in the queue and meet the doctor. You enter the doctor's room and he greet you. You sit take a seat. The doctor asks you what the problem is. You tell him that you're not feeling well. He checks your pupils, asks you to hang your tongue out. Puts the stethescope on your chest and asks you to take three deep breaths. Turns over to his notepad and scribbles a couple of meds.
