Over Preparation will Bite You in the Back

Over preparation can, and will hurt.

I don't prefer over-preparing for client calls.

I tend to keep my research minimal, but meaningful.

I'm choosing the 'less is more' approach here.

Why does over preparation fail?

1. You talk too much about yourself, forgetting to listen.

2. You get stuck in your ways when clients throw curveballs.

3. Acting like a know-it-all can put clients off.

4. You miss out on understanding what really bothers the client.

5. Being closed-minded makes it hard to connect with clients.
