I respect the SDRs who...

 I love and respect the #sdrs who:

Doesn't make a 100 calls and land 2 meetings
Qualifies before handing over to an AE
Brings 8 meetings and make 5 SQLs
Doesn't waste time on channels that's not working for them
Knows their strengths and combines the efforts
Doesn't get discouraged by the "No's"
Understands the thin line between persistence and perseverance.
Doesn't lie to get a meeting
Sticks to their ICP
